What we collect
- The business you select, its name and Google place details, so we can find its reviews.
- Your email address, collected at checkout, used to deliver your report(s) and service messages about your purchase or subscription. No marketing without your consent.
- Payment details, handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
What the reports contain
Reports are built from publicly available Google reviews of the business you choose. We don't collect private customer data, everything analysed is already public on Google Maps.

- Stripe, payment processing and subscription billing.
- Google Maps / Places, finding your business when you search.
- SerpAPI, retrieving your business's public Google reviews.
- Anthropic (Claude), summarising the review text into insights.
- Resend, sending your report emails. Cloudflare, hosting.
Retention & your rights
Generated reports and subscription records are kept so your links keep working. Email support@launch-local.net any time to ask what we hold about you, or to have your reports and details deleted.
Cookies
The public report pages don't use tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies during checkout per its privacy policy.
