Terms of service & refund policy

The service

Launch Local's Google Review Insights service reads the publicly available Google reviews of the business you select and produces a summarised, AI-assisted insights report. Reports are informational only, they summarise public customer feedback and suggest actions, but they are not professional business, legal, or financial advice, and we can't guarantee specific outcomes from acting on them.

Pricing & billing

• One-off report: a single payment for a single report, delivered immediately after payment.
• Monthly subscription: billed monthly; an insights report covering the previous calendar month is emailed at the start of each month.
• Yearly subscription: billed once per year; the same monthly insights report is emailed every month for the year.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in AUD at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time using the "Manage or cancel your subscription" link in any of your report emails, no need to contact us (though you're welcome to). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you'll keep receiving reports until then.

Refunds

• If a report you paid for could not be generated (for example, we couldn't retrieve your business's reviews), you'll receive a full refund.
• If you believe a one-off report is materially wrong or unusable, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll either fix it or refund it.
• Subscription payments already made are generally not refunded when you cancel mid-period, but you keep access for the period you paid for.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Stands and cards

• Shipping within Australia is free, and orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.
• 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, email support@launch-local.net within 90 days of delivery and we will refund you.
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it or refund you.

Fair use

Reports are for the business owner or their authorised representatives. Please don't resell reports or use the service to scrape data at scale.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it.
