Do my customers need an app?
No. They tap their phone on it or scan the QR with their camera. Your Google review page opens in their browser. The only thing they need is a Google account, which most people already have from Gmail or an Android phone.
What if their phone does not do NFC?
Every card has a printed QR code as well. If tapping does not work on an older phone, they point their camera at it instead. Between the two, effectively every smartphone is covered.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes, and it needs to be verified, because that is where the reviews land. If you do not have one yet it is free to create at business.google.com and usually takes a few days to verify.
How long does setup take?
About two minutes, once. Scan it, search your business on the map, tap it. There is nothing to install and no account to create with us.
Can I change which business it points to later?
Yes, any time and at no cost. You get a private manage link after setup. Handy if you rebrand, move, or open a second location. The card never needs reprinting.
Is there a subscription?
No. The card is a one time payment of $19.99 and it keeps working. Google Review Insights, our monthly report service, is separate and completely optional.
How fast is shipping?
